Last updated: October 15, 2026. These are provisional website-use guidelines for TemplateFlows.com. They are not a substitute for terms reviewed for the operator’s business identity, location and applicable law.
What TemplateFlows provides
TemplateFlows publishes educational material about n8n workflow automation, integrations and business use cases. Guides are provided for information and learning. Unless a specific item clearly states otherwise, a published guide is not an independently tested, production-ready workflow and does not include a guaranteed downloadable JSON file.
Responsible use
You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, security, licensing and suitability of any automation before using it. Test workflows in a safe environment, protect credentials and personal data, respect external service terms and API rate limits, and obtain the required permissions for any data you process. Do not use this website to distribute malware, spam, unauthorized data or content that violates others’ rights.
Third-party tools, links and licenses
n8n and other third-party products are operated by their respective owners. Their trademarks, documentation, prices and licenses belong to those owners. A link to a product or template does not imply an official partnership or endorsement. If a downloadable workflow is made available in the future, its specific license and attribution requirements should be stated on that item’s page. n8n itself is subject to its own licensing terms.
Accuracy and availability
Software changes frequently. A node, integration, pricing tier or API endpoint described in a guide may change after publication. We aim to correct reported errors but cannot promise that all instructions will work with every version, account or configuration. Check the current official documentation before using a workflow with live business data.
Intellectual property
Original text, layout and graphics created for TemplateFlows are intended for use on this site. Third-party names, logos, code, workflow files and documentation remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses. Do not assume that an external workflow can be resold or redistributed merely because it is publicly visible.
External services and financial transactions
The site currently provides informational guides and tool discovery rather than an operational template checkout. If paid downloads, seller accounts or a marketplace are introduced, separate purchase, refund, seller and support terms will be needed before those features launch.
Limitations and professional advice
Educational examples are not legal, accounting, financial, security or other professional advice. Use your own judgment and obtain qualified advice for consequential decisions. Any enforceable warranty disclaimer, liability limit, dispute-resolution clause or governing-law provision must be reviewed for the relevant operator and jurisdiction before final terms are adopted.
