Privacy Policy

Draft content. Operator legal name/address, retention period and legal review must be confirmed before this privacy notice is final.

Last updated: October 15, 2026. This notice describes the data handling currently visible in the TemplateFlows.com WordPress website. The site operator’s full legal identity and postal contact details still require confirmation before this notice can be treated as final.

Who operates this website?

TemplateFlows is the name of this website at templateflows.com. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, use the contact form and choose General question. The operator’s registered name, business address and any jurisdiction-specific contact details have not yet been provided for publication.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form, we request your name, email address, inquiry topic, message and consent checkbox. The site records the time of consent. Messages are saved as private entries in the WordPress administrator Inbox and an email notification containing your inquiry is sent to the site administrator’s configured mailbox. Do not submit passwords, API tokens, financial account details or other sensitive credentials.

Security and abuse prevention

The contact form uses a WordPress security token, a hidden spam-detection field, a minimum form-fill time and temporary per-connection rate limiting. The rate limiter uses a derived key based on the connecting IP address and stores a short-lived count in WordPress. Web hosting and security infrastructure may also process IP addresses, device information, request timestamps and access logs to deliver and protect the site; their retention is governed by the relevant provider configuration.

Cookies and third-party services

WordPress may set essential cookies for administrator login and site operation. This site currently has no dedicated analytics or advertising plugin active in its WordPress plugin list, but that alone does not rule out cookies or logs introduced by hosting, embedded content or future integrations. Any additional analytics, marketing or newsletter services should be assessed and this notice updated before they are enabled.

Why we use information

Contact details are used to read, respond to and administer your inquiry, and to prevent abuse of the contact form. Submitting the contact form does not enroll you in an email newsletter. If a separate subscription service is introduced, its purposes and consent requirements will be explained at that time.

Who receives information?

Contact inquiries are available to authorized WordPress administrators and may be transmitted to the email service used for administrative notifications. The hosting provider processes information required to operate the website. Clicking a link to a third-party platform, such as n8n, takes you to a service with its own privacy policy. Affiliate relationships, if introduced, will be identified where relevant.

Retention and your choices

Contact inquiries remain in the WordPress Inbox until an administrator removes them; the site does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule for these messages. A formal retention period still needs to be established. You can request information about your inquiry, ask for correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern through the contact page. Your rights depend on the law that applies to your situation, and some information may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Updates

We will revise this notice when the site’s data practices, providers or business details change. The date at the top identifies the current version. This notice needs operator and legal review before the site’s legal launch checklist can be marked complete.
